Ryan and DJ have done a number of projects for us including a 400 square foot sun room from foundation to finished permit, flooring, stairs, baseboard and they even tiled our kitchen. We looked around for a legitimate general contractor in Collingwood and DR Builders were the right choice, from the get go. The renovations and the new build project for us turned out perfectly. Dimitri and Ryan did such a great job with our backyard deck, that we kept them on to build a mini-kitchen for our basement suite in Collingwood Ontario and then to replace the living room carpet with laminate flooring. We complicated their efforts by frequent Europe travel so they had to make design decisions for an often remote client, to source the materials themselves and complete all the works pretty much entirely un-supervised. I'm thrilled with all of their work, and would mention that there really isn't ANYONE other than D.R Builders that I would fully trust to self-access our home and complete everything we'd asked of them without any issues at all. We are already considering further changes in home décor and they're the only ones I can think of using in the area. Their pricing structure is also very good and I have really appreciated how they've approached this work. They've been good-humored throughout and have really worked hard to fit in with our travel schedules.

Ryan and Dimitri just completed renovating my ensuite bathroom and I couldn’t be happier. They were super polite, conscientious and clearly took immense pride in their work.
